I want to hear from the PROS what are some tactics or strategy to get the right investors?

Are the tactics still the same? 

I also plan on using the Brandon Turner tactic of having my agent send the exact same offer with the date crossed out every other month or so to remind them I'm still interested.

So therefore at 10 your tapped out unless you use a different tactic.

I've seen many people advise investors to get the deed, when doing a short sale, and then get a POA from the seller - that would describe this 'The tactics, he said, allegedly included manipulating the homeowners to sign over ownership and control of the property to the enterprise.

One tactic he is speaking about having a off market buyer pools like you would with investment properties and using that to entice off market sellers to sell quickly and negotiating above average commission rates meanwhile working both sides of the transaction.

I am a fortune builders student and i have always questioned some of their tactics. 

I'm a bit skeptical that this may be a tactic to just buy more time. 

I will certainly be reaching out many times going forward and hopefully with tactical questions as I start to get going.

I'd like to know if anyone within the BP community has ever used this tactic?
