New to the scene of wholesaling
I've been doing a bunch of reading and listening to all of Sean Terry's podcasts from 2010 to get started in the Salisbury/Greensboro/Charlotte NC market. Any tips for wholesaling? I know the podcasts that he goes into detail with are from 2010. Are the tactics still the same?
Everything is greatly appreciated.
