The town may require you to purchase a performance guarantee bond to ensure you pave the streets and install lights after all the houses are built.Connectivity: town planners may require sub-division to be connected to others via streets or walkways or both, often tied to size of development, and street size.

I would recommend discussing it with your agent to get an idea of some of the things that might make a property hard to insure such as:- knob & tube or aluminum wiring- cracked/pot holed driveways or walkways- stairs without hand rails- not having two means of egress from all units- Lead paint- tenants with aggressive dogs such as pit bulls and Rottweilers.- Business exposure (garage rented to businessThe above do not make it impossible to get insurance but they will lessen the markets willing to write the coverage.

When I saw my next door neighbors a few months later they raved about how nice it was living next to the new family, how the son shoveled the snow off the common walkway each morning, that they kept the yard nice, etc. 

:-Site Prep (grading/execavation, staking, etc):-Foundation:-All Building Materials (w/ Labor) including the garage: fixtures, framing, plumbing/electric, kitch/bath:-HVAC:-Landscaping and Irrigation/sprinklers:-Flatwork (walkways. driveway, patio, etc): -All Building Permits:-All Developer Fees (City Impact, school, library, fire, parks, water/sewer access rights/fees, etc, etc.)

Try adding a few new trees, and build a flower bed near the walkway front corner near street and near walk up with colorful flowers.  

Food waste and garbage cannot be left outside of covered garbage cans.The renter is responsible for removing snow and ice from the stairs and walkways on and around the property rented.Permit Landlord Right of Entry: Landlord retains the right, with 48 hours written notice, to enter renter’s lot during reasonable hours as necessary to make repairs and improvements.Emergency Access: In the event of an emergency, owner may enter renter’s lot, and/or RV without notice to render aid or to prevent property damage.

Now i noticed water leaking through walk way ceiling and wall directly next to my property possibly on my ceiling and wall.

There is no designated walk way to the front door.

I'm going to work with the city and see if there is an option for a covered walk way to count at connected.
