Help! Water leak above my property from a rental unit!
Tenants move out two weeks ago. Now i noticed water leaking through walk way ceiling and wall directly next to my property possibly on my ceiling and wall. Trying to get a hold of the landlord and the community management to check whats going on in the property. Im worried water got to my property; can I have it inspected and have the landlord pay for inspection and how do I do that? Or is this something I should leave with insurance(mine) to handle if and when we find out we got water damaged? Help pls!
