Content Marketing: Produce valuable content such as blog posts, market reports, or video tours to establish yourself as a thought leader in the industry.

Nevertheless, this conversation will need to be had with the seller for clarity.

I should have gotten more clarity on this since I'm reading it to mean that distributions could have been paid from raising more money than they needed.

I'm not sure how to articulate it but, basically this bit of knowledge saves me a bunch of time and kind of surprised it hasn't come up in any of the books, articles, or videos I've been learning from.
