Also the Realtors that I work with that specialize working with investors and house hackers also know about the SST and will give their buyers a heads up when they want to see a property that wouldn't pass, and/or reach out to me to run numbers to confirm.You need a better team that truly cares and is looking out for your best interests. 

Especially since your end buyer will likely be an investor or house hacker who are both going to be looking mainly at the numbers.
