Hey bigger Pockets community, I am a newbie to the real estate game. I am looking to acquire property in the Philadelphia area. I am reaching out to inquire about using the VA homeloan and VA rehab as a start up for my first couple of properties. Has anyone done it? if so how? and what resources and information did you use to start.
