Things can get sticky fast - but that's why real estate can be such a high paying career.

Sticky situation. 

It's fine in the beginning, then things always get complicated.Your situation is a sticky one, and one many if not most of us face. 

They're going to spend billions on a rail system that won't help.When the earthquake hit in 2006, people freaked out and bought up all the bottled water and rice just because the airport was closed for a few days.

If they need modifications they are to pay for them (and pay to have them undone when they move out).Once the work is done and they are happy they will be more "sticky," less likely to move out.

And they can get a little sticky. 

Not only is cash flow important just to make the work worth it, but cash flow gets you out of a lot of sticky situations. 

I've actually watched a number of people go on their self tours, and I don't believe it will work for a lot of people.Overall, I think you can mitigate the risk of property damage with an app and cameras, but I think you're also risking losing business, because self tours don't have the same stickiness that a good leasing member will provide.

I see real estate as a very sticky and often times slow moving. 

I think some more government assistance will be coming down the pipeline for those in sticky situations in addition to unemployment but I want to do my part as a human being in the meantime.
