Pros and cons of disabled tenants
Hello! My tenant wants to renew lease and move his disabled wife and stepdaughters in. Disability incomes will be used to pay for rent. I’m a newbie. Have never encountered this situation before. Is there anything I need to know about before I say yes? Any thoughts or advises are appreciated.

I would be very careful on how you word what you are asking...Federal law prohibits you from discriminating based on disability.
