People are betting on it being the new North/South Park, but I'd suspect Golden Hill and the area Southwest of there along the 94 will improve next because of proximity to downtown and uptown areas.  

Hi BP I recently went to view a property on the south west side of Chicago little village and wanted some feed back on the analysis I ran for the property.

That would be unrealistic in my opinion).You may have a better shot in Southwest Philly (19142), West Philly (19131), some of Germantown (19144), or even West Oak Lane (19138), just to name a fewBest of luck to you!

I live in the city but work in the south west burbs so in terms of area, I can go anywhere in chicagoland.

It even went with me on a road trip across the south-west.
