Don't try to reinvent the wheel.

The documented systems allow almost anyone to be able to step in and get to work without having to reinvent the wheel every time you add a person or position.A real-world example in our business that I see used a lot:Create a step by step manual on how to enter information into your CRM as it comes in, and what to do with it once the input is complete.

I agree with Tyion Bridgeman that you should use A pre-printed contract rather than reinvent the wheel.

I did not go through your screenshots...my thought is why reinvent when there are great tools on the BP site.  

Otherwise you are just reinventing the wheel. 

We use an online tool called Smartsheet to develop our SOW and budget and just worked off a template they already had so we didn't have to reinvent the wheel, but there are other great tools out there.

Keeps the dream and vision alive and surrounds me with people who have already done this and I don't have to reinvent the wheel.
