The CFPB is also cracking down on "Predatory Lending" or predatory sales practices, many investors really don't understand RE installment sales well enough to understand what can be deemed predatory, thinking you can make a killing on a deal as a good business practice and the way to do things, one sided beneficial transactions have real issues.

I really don't think the cost would be increased significantly, the existing layout will be used and the wiring is done, just a matter of removing mounting plates, replacing shingles and reinstalling.

They lay the laminate inside the baseboard and then cover the gap between the laminate and the baseboard with quarter-round that matches the floor but not the baseboard or, worse, with a ton of caulk.Either way, this leaves the baseboard too short and looks terrible.The right way is to remove the baseboard, lay the laminate up to the wall (minus a quarter-inch or whatever the manufacturer recommends for expansion), and then reinstall the baseboard on top of the laminate.

Do they include teardown, moving, permits, rough set, re-installing seismic foundation, interior patching, painting, etc, etc...I have had movers do the tear down through rough set.

Odds are good that everything could be reinstalled, cutting his losses to a minimum AND he could still go after the guy for anything broken plus the cost of reinstalling.Maybe you guys live in crazy part of town where cops don't care, $10,000 can be written off, and you don't mind letting criminals go free.

If there is a radiator hook-up in the room, and the radiator was just removed at some point, re-installing one, hopefully, would not be a big deal.
