Wood Laminate or Tile for my first time
Hey All,
I need to replace the flooring in my house minus the bathrooms and am debating putting in wood laminate versus tile. Long term, I plan on turning it into a full rental (I’m house hacking currently), but right now I do not feel super comfortable laying tile. What do you recommend knowing that it will eventually be a full rental (next 2-4 years).
Best,
Matt Dickens
