I like postcards because they cost about half the cost of letters, so we can send twice as many for the same $.  

So many investors are used to sending out postcards, yellow letters, working the MLS or door knocking for one deal from one source.

Don't just depend on postcards and letters; this is something the GURUS do not tell you.

There seems to be a lot more investors in the Baltimore area than in the Frederick area, which is where my marketing campaign is targeting (postcards land early next week).

Hey you guys so I'm new to this and hope I'm posting in the correct spot but I'm just about a week away from sending my letters and postcards out and trying to find out the best phone system to use.
