Interestingly enough she was found guilty of 100k+ ID theft for which she served 2 yrs probation, ordered to pay $2000 in fines and $20,000 back to credit card companies; this crime didn't come up on any of the criminal screenings.

I work as a registered nurse and have two small kids (3 and 1) and trying to find time to devote to REI is challenging and usually leaves me feeling guilty because it's taking time away from my kids.  

You can't feel guilty of anything or accused of discrimination if you choose the best applicant that fits into your standard requirements or qualification for an apartment especially if your choice is based on the ability to pay rent and utilities timely.

I may be guilty of "bashing" people for investing out of state.

. ;)  We can probably all be found guilty of this crime I'd wager.As I mentioned above, I used to frequent a forum for one of my hobbies and if you'd start a forum post with something frequently asked it would pop up and say something along the lines of "before you post this, please read the following posts that may already cover what you're asking."
