I have an overlap on one of my college rental homes, which apparently is pretty common in this market as the major universities there are on semesters and trimesters.

We of course overlap when needed.

These roles can overlap and be shared of course but the main point is, what resonates w/you, what skill do you think you have and once you identify that, go out study, find a mentor, coach or whatever it takes to be the best you can be at it.  

This allows the two periods to overlap a bit, but that overlap is rarely more than a week or so.So first it is how effective you are at rehab; and then it is how effective you are at marketing and tenant screening.

Hey Donald Some of our business may overlap as I own and self manage small multi family props in saratoga springs as well. 

Keep in mind I had a couple of days after each contractor was done to not overlap services.

Most likely for 12 months at a time but they may be overlapping move in/out dates so it could be multiple different students.

It seems the GFC has many people thinking we're in for another similar event, but many others are simply implying we're headed towards a weakening US dollar which can have some overlap with a housing crash, but it's really a separate type of event in some ways.

I'm looking for properties too but our criteria might not totally overlap.
