I am a music therapist and while I LOVE that line of work, I am interested in learning how to wisely invest in real estate on the side (not as a full time job at the moment).My most important goal right now is to learn as much as possible!

I have recently experienced several times when music starts blasting from an unknown window I am not on, and it's my open BP page.

If I feel very low energy, then I will use high energy music to bring me up and go back to the lesson.This is not every day as sometimes the week just kicks my ads and I sleep in until 10am on weekends, but this helps me a lot to stay on

You never know what is happening on an empty lot out in the country, and the worst part is, it will be me that will face the music since the properties are in my name.Thank you

Loud music, yeling/fighting, drug sales, litter in my yard, etc.

My first rule listed is "> NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC.
