I went and reviewed a webinar from August 2023 where he noted he got out of a lot of real estate investing and investing in five categories: Ecommerce 33%, educational masterminds 55% (and lists them), broadway musical and very minor in real estate and crypto.

That being said my tenants rebelled when I tried to use a management software and overwhelmingly said they didn’t trust an App they didn’t know and wouldn’t use it.

With a few inquiries from auto dealers. they shared 3 months bank statement and cash app summary showing 10,000 per month coming and withdrawal as well as withdrawal so maintaining close to 0 balance. 

In years past, I've used an app that was awesome for initial buying…  there was an option to add several properties, and even add all the properties together and view all your combined info in a portfolio report.

@Andrew Postell is there a software or app to know how much you can probably get refinanced for or do you just look at comps?

Going off the top of my head so might be some holes...1. have them supply an application (most generic rental apps ask the right questions)2.

I have cut out all music and have been listening to the podcast and audiobooks for the past week while I drive for work trying to gain as much information as I can.       

People have been telling me for a while to get on this app because of the types of properties and sellers I work with.

Hey Jacob thanks for that insight I just downloaded an app called Eventbrite and I signed up for to real estate meetups in the coming weeks.
