I figured that getting my license and working in an agency with successful sales people will give me a wealth of knowledge as well as earn the opportunity to get income through my sales skills (spent time as a financial advisor for Prudential Financial, I also had stints in sales with AFLAC).If you can, I would love some awesome feedback on everything from: *What I need to know about working with a brokerage firm (membership dues, office politics, commission splits, location, size, etc)*How I should start investigating my market,*What kind of time and money I should be prepared to invest to get results in real estate sales,*Tips on getting into the commercial sector,And anything in between!

go buy a home first and set a longer completion, which will then give you time to sell your home.Also, depending on your income, you could qualify for both homes and then sell your first at your leisure

Minutes from bus routes that connects to the train which connects to major parts of the city.Ideal Location - located in a mature neighborhood surrounded by several desirable schools.Near local amenities such as a shopping malls and leisure centers.Home setup is desirable - top level and potential legal basement for dual incomeHome is in rough shape and can add value to it (BRRRR method) which is what I want.Alley and Garage parking.Cons - Located on two main roadsThere is street parking in front of the home (2 lanes of traffic both ways).
