After years of sticking with a job I hated and saving up enough money to feed my family for a little while, I decided to quit my "safe and stable" job to chase the dream!

Google podcasts is selectively not updating some people's feed, while updating other feeds. 

Clearly the downside is each portfolio will not grow / compound as quickly due to lack of total focus.On the other hand / upside, if one does well  it can feed the other and if both do well that’s even better.My motivation for asking is because I am already 100% invested in stock market as I am just learning about REI.

I didn't feel comfortable working in this survival-oriented environment (the bottom rung of Maslow's hierarchy of needs), but I had a hungry mortgage to feed every month.Those times made me yearn for financial independence where I would more than cover my living expenses with investment income and not have to be concerned with the price of gasoline or the chip industry's "book to bill" ratio.

I plan on still utilizing him as a contractor, and would like to as a broker, but not sure how much of a focus I am for him feeding me leads.

I have young children at home from 13 to 1 years old and I try not to force feed real estate to them, but sometimes its tough because I am passionate about what it can do for someone. 

The first one would just be linked to the first account, while the second one would be linked to both (to get the cc and checks to feed in from the first account.)
