Problem financing unique property
good afternoon. I am looking into buying my first deal and I've ran into possible a brick wall. It's a 3 bed 1 bath house and a duplex 2 bed 1 bath on the same lot. They're only asking 117k but so far the banks I have called won't finance me because its 2 separate buildings. Anyone ever ran into this problem before? Appreciate any feed back. Thank you for your time!

Yep. Should be able to with a commercial loan. If they wont then go to the next bank until you find one that will, they are out there.
