Great reason for not pulling deductions forward.I have been retired from a W2 job for some time and my income is at an all time high and will just keep going up with more RE investments. 

And some these syndicators are great presenters with lots of data and great promises. 

Most turnkey guys are doing great if they're hitting an average rip of $10k-$20k.

I have noticed quite a few posters lately that are requesting help, opinions, prices and information on their properties where a good answer would require either the square footage, the location or both....and they provide neither.

Yes, more information is needed.

It was all very confusing and challenging because getting free information wasnt as easy as it is now.
