Hi all,

My name is Josh, I'm 23 years old and based in Pittsburgh, PA looking to break into the market for the first time. I'm still fairly new to the space, but I have lots of time and am no stranger to hard work. 

In the next 2 years, I'll be looking to purchase a MFR to househack. with the idea of reinvesting all of the cashflow to help scale. This is one step in a long journey, and I'm glad to have found a community that is as passionate as you all are!
