If this were true, then the cost of entry would be about the same ...The logic keeps getting more twisted ... kinda like saying tenant quality is higher is not a fair comparison because tenants in CA make way more money than they do in other states.

There is dozens of similar examples and twists i can list but it all fits under the 1 same umbrella of a person has every leagal right to sell an equitable interest, and there are a lot of ways a person can facilitate such.

Another twist to that, if the market is appreciating really well, (like Denver--which would be the strongest, and probably only, reason to hold on to your house there: since you've been an owner occupant for at least 2 years, you have three more years to hold it after you move out and then sell it tax free.

PRIOR to the laws being enacted Nothing happened but they are tough folks.I had to send them copies of every deal I ever did in WA which was Hundreds of files... just the printing was a bunch of money.. then of course they never say anything just leave you twisting in the wind.
