New investor in Orlando Florida.
Hi , BP
My name is Matt and i'm new to real estate investing have been educating myself with books and bigger pockets podcasts and various forms relating to real estate investing. Looking to start investing in the greater Orlando area and go from there. I plan on going to local REIA groups to network since its a big part of this business, i find bigger pockets filled with very helpful information and figured i introduce myself into the forum. perhaps any body has and tips or helpful info on what a new investor in the Orlando area should start looking into would be greatly appreciated i'm all ears.
Thanks.

@Matthew Baker welcome to the Bigger Pockets community. I recommend attending meetings at the local real estate investment clubs. In our area there is CFRI and GoREIA. They have meetings once per month.
