I would think your smart enough to know the difference in free coupons for food which btw many folks hate stuffed in the box that may involve $9 or the unlicensed activity which may be $190k Frankly I dont understand the difference between a food coupon enticing people to go to a food establishment and a postcard asking them to call me because I buy houses.

We had a group in today from Texas speaking to our owner of our property management company and I was just wondering if anyone in the property management field or even selling wise has any good ideas on how to get a hold of groups that would be looking for real estate.There was a company that used to operate in our area, now defunct, that used to pool money and buy a bunch of investments with the enticements of 8-10% return on their monies.

.@ $67 / door the deal does not sound very enticing for a low-income (higher-risk) area, though that number alone isn’t the end-all (for instance the cash-on-cash return and rent to value ratios sound decent, but you have to take all that in context of the area and trends).Your maintenance / repairs estimates do sound highly-conservative.
