The property prices are enticing, though, aren't they?

I think it could be worth offering quite a bit to entice them to leave voluntarily..What do you think is the maximum amount we could pay them, and still make it a good investment?

I would think your smart enough to know the difference in free coupons for food which btw many folks hate stuffed in the box that may involve $9 or the unlicensed activity which may be $190k Frankly I dont understand the difference between a food coupon enticing people to go to a food establishment and a postcard asking them to call me because I buy houses.

I was thinking of lowering to $360,016 on Monday if we have no offer.....hopefully to entice an offer from her.

However, i am a Canadian and do not live in the USA but i was enticed by the Co-wholesaler JV model and recently partnered with two Wholesalers in Jacksonville Florida.This is no problem.

We had a group in today from Texas speaking to our owner of our property management company and I was just wondering if anyone in the property management field or even selling wise has any good ideas on how to get a hold of groups that would be looking for real estate.There was a company that used to operate in our area, now defunct, that used to pool money and buy a bunch of investments with the enticements of 8-10% return on their monies.

It was enticing, but I decided to pass, too many ways it could end badly I was thinking.
