Is there much "paper" involved or is he just being totally figurative and it's just not worth his time/embarrassment?

I was really embarrassed by our new offer (this was a number that our realtor came up with), and the owner declined our offer.

I talks to some property manager but am kinda embarrass to ask how do they earn revenue from their own contractors (Don't know why i feel that way)?

I'm sort of embarrassed to ask this question but since I'm still new to BP and haven't figured it out I'll ask it anyway. 

Someone once said:  "If you aren't embarrassed by your offer, it's too high." 

It will be horribly embarrassing if this person mentions a simple term (I couldn't reference one if my life depended on it.)

If you aren't embarrassed about the offer you are submitting, then you are offering to pay too much.If it doesn't work, then you have just put your name out to 50-100 local realtors that list the kind of properties you are looking for.  

Brian, I'm a little embarrassed to say that I don't know how much my expenses are.

It is so counterproductive it is embarrassing.

Speaking of fanfare I'm bringing my camera to BPcon and some high end lenses so I'll make sure you look incredible for the photoblog I'm going to do about the trip ;)  Just don't be like Mindy, who would not cooperate and I now I only have a stack of blackmail-able embarrassing photos of her.
