The macroeconomics look so good for this market - population is growing, job growth is growing, and so many companies moving and developing here.

I did like some features of Avail as far as using it for developing the lease and collecting rent but that left me with too many other functions I had to handle elsewhere.

Assuming you want to aim for syndication, you sort of need to learn how to develop a pro forma that ties the return to an IRR/XIRR. 

Plus macroeconomics here in Columbus is booming right now because of developments from Intel, Meta, Amazon, Honda, and lots of major companies building out here.

I have property in three out of four of those counties including one SFH in Madison, one SFH in Limestone on 20 acres that's being developed to a MHP slowly, and one existing small MHP in Morgan County. 

I do residential new developments in San Antonio and would like to do something in the RAL space to provide some value to a growing issue in the area.

I'm now putting a lot more into public markets (index funds, stocks, Master Limited Partnerships, Business Development Companies, bonds).

Pretty catchy IMO.....VRBOs money would be much better spent hiring better talent on the app/web development side.

If you don't have the funds yourself, you need to develop a solid relationship with those that do.
