It was all really quick, and the time to complete everything happened a lot faster than I expected (which was a good thing).I was worried at first that I had to use all the partners that Rent to Retirement had, but it was really easy for me to shop around for different lenders with different terms and rates, insurance providers, and property management company.

That is the only update I can provide today.

In my experience it is common and customary for the landlord or builder to provide TIA, tenant improvement allowance, to the tenant to assist if not cover the majority of the internal buildout. 

There’s no risk and all reward because if somebody can’t provide ID, they’re not going to be able to rent from me anyway.  

We even did a mid-year check in meeting in person but felt like he did not provide us any guidance.
