I personally have a rural long term rental placed with them with decent coverage at a good price. 

They are going to be the cheaper alternative for SFR, so in theory you should get some decent appreciation gain and good tenant pool.3.

FYI- Those prices are at least double, for decent neighborhoods in SF.
