If you have a few single family rental homes and are looking for a way to streamline leases, applications and rents, maybe rentredi is the right solution, but if you have a multi unit property or any serious management needs, look elsewhere. 

Cities and communities are also cracking down on people using homes for this.

For instance, if it's a small portion and you indicated during initial intake/application that electrical is updated they wouldn't have any way of knowing. 

As for Nolo, is it applicable in all states?

By house hacking, you're immediately positioned as a landlord, which will adequately pressure you to learn how to structure your leases, screen applications, collect rental payments, resolve the nuances of managing tenants and addressing property issues, etc.

I'll add a few more things that can have a huge financial impact: required reserves, LTC (loan to cost), application or other upfront fees, and prepayment penalties.As a fellow flipper, I think it's important to have reserves, but they shouldn't be required as part of your funding.

If this keeps reciprocating well with the community, I'll keep doing them.

I've already been hearing about all the communities and mini cities that they are planning on opening around it as well.
