Bigger Pockets topped (or at least nearly topped) a Google search on whatever my first Real Estate topic was, and I browsed through a few articles.

I have a lot more to learn, but my advice to you would be to browse BP and look at the blog and forums, specifically posts about wholesaling.

Every day I got emails from him with a couple new houses (or newly priced houses) to browse online.

If it seems too good to be true, it is. 100% of the time.You would do better to spend time on BiggerPockets, browsing the forums and learning as much as you can.

Does anyone know where I can browse and look at listings for duplexs and multi family homes, in the South Jersey and Philly area? 

When we got her out and cleared the apartment we found a photo album which had numerous pictures of her (she was about 350 lbs, mind you) seductively posing in lingerie, presumably for her clients to browse through.

.*** I have been browsing these forums and binge-watching YouTube and BP Podcasts for the last ~4-6 weeks and my wife and I are both on board to try our hand at real estate investing.I believe I have found a deal that works for us, but would love the opportunity to talk through it with someone who knows what they are talking about before pulling the trigger, because it seems like it is a bit outside nearly all of the examples I have seen other people describe as their first deals.The property has a house on two and a half acres that also comes with three rental cabins (they are currently being used as short term rental units).
