Some of these, like brokerages such as Schwab and Fidelity, limit you to only the products they sell.

I don't know, but I certainly see a LOT of women who own RE brokerages.

Can I move rental income into a brokerage account?

All brokerages are basically the same with a different logo and small differentiators, but none of them are going to actually care about you.

There are initial and annual costs involved, and you have to sign up with a brokerage. 

Clear unlicensed brokerage activity aside, ask yourself this question.
