The answer is yes and no.The reason I say no is that most mortgages will have a clause in there allowing the bank to call in the loan if you transfer your interest in the property.the reason I say yes is that most of the time, they don't bother with this.

If they are not in the 40's, I don't even bother.  

I can see where a mom & pop building has had insurance with the same retail company for 10 years and never bothered to get quotes.

After tons of 5-star reviews, we don't bother with these nitpicky complaints any more.

It isn't a 'rule' as much as it is a quick and dirty way to determine if it's worth the bother to look at it further. 

If the problem is that they aren't together enough to be bothered with moving any faster than 30 days, then that puts up lots of red flags for me.  

I originally thought it would be an issue and provided streaming Charter but when I would ask after stays I was always told either no one bothered watching TV at all (too busy at the parks, etc) or they all had their own streaming services already and didn't need any.

She didn’t bother to call the county to verify , just sit on the computer researching and questioning. 

Any attorney can easily sue us and show we’re behind our LLCs so why bother with all the efforts.

@Costin I.For myself, I wouldn't bother setting up a trust or escrow account.
