Cape Coral has a very loose 7-day minimum stay that isn't heavily enforced.

@Aidan Black I guess in theory you could...but we usually are doing residential properties because it's SIGNIFICANTLY easier to get financing. 

You must have a clear black and white understanding of who is responsible for certain maintenance/repairs and the “quirks” of the house while you arbitrage. 3.)

We were looking for fixer uppers in a very specific area of Long Island NY, and were only looking for Capes, Colonials, and ranches.
