I've been listening to real estate podcasts today and my creative juices are flowing.

It seems like it may be good to also have all the link juice from Search Engines pointing at one site instead of two.

If so, there may be some ways to juice it up. 

As this is a very small house, there is no cracking on the walls or ceiling to indicate this issue inside, nor is the floor badly sloped so you can tell without using a level (the rooms are small), and now I wish I had crawled on my belly into the very low crawl space prior to making the offer or at least brought a tennis ball to see how it rolls.

I do have enough going on to keep the juices flowing and enough passive income to live and also pass on to future generations.

Not to mention you'd have better luck getting grape juice to come out of a rock than to find a hard money lender that will give you the LTV you're able to get with a VA loan.

Now, if it's a portfolio loan and you belly up to the bar honestly with the lender, they may let you buy if you catch up the payments and join on that note with her......they might, but going any other way, with slide by tactics, my thinking is walk away.
