New Member from Louisiana!
Hey everyone my name is Steve, I'm from Louisiana and I'm new here.
I own a small fabrication business here in Lafayette that has been in business for 20 years now. I have four children and have been married for 30 years.
I started dealing with real estate about three years ago and mainly dealing with mobile homes. I wanted to start with lower risk type properties to minimize risk. I since have two rentals units that I setup on land I purchased and three units I purchased and have sold on lease purchase deals. I'm looking to duplicate my income with additional properties over the next ten years.
Any good resources and advice on mobile homes would be greatly appricated.
