No other local investor would buy the property at the price that they bought it....in some cases, a retail buyer may not have either so with great forums like BP and our local market having such a giving atmosphere when it comes to advice, it's best to try to reach out to several people for their opinion before your first buy especially if you are out of state. 

I also like the fact that they rebate the $10K fee back to members as they purchase properties through their in-house realty group.The only thing I can truly say that I don't like is that there is an atmosphere of smugness among some of the high-profile members and I think that trickles down from the top, Del Walmsley.

I would word the ad, "perfect atmosphere for a veteran.

Downside: Rental units that regularly turnover due to atmospherics of the neighborhood and conditions outside the control of the PM (ie college towns, war zones, etc).

But you are not free to set unreasonably low figures (for example, two people for a two-bedroom flat) in order to maintain a quiet atmosphere or to reduce wear and tear.

The atmosphere and events are like no other beach town.

Great places like Crab Island, Henderson State Park and Harbor Walk create a unique atmosphere that draws huge family crowds.

I'm looking at the conference as a way of grasping a better understanding, so I can decide if it truly is for me or not, and to get involved in the note atmosphere. 

Rodgers" atmosphere and the decrepit basement setting, the whole affair was fascinating.
