Greenfield is in the next county though so I'm definitely not sure how they are as far as replating etc but i definitely can assist. 

They said that per California Revenue and Taxation code, they're asking me to provide them info such as the purchase agreement, rent rolls, etc. to assist them in doing the reappraisal of my property.  

But you can easily contact your servicer (who you send the monthly checks too) and they can assist. 

While they are eager to sell the program—often because they receive a significant commission—many are unavailable or untrained to provide assistance after the sale.2.
