@Lauren Hogan  I think a lot of Marketplace could be cleaned up if: Listings had an expiration of 30 days and then archivedListings were editable, so that if something changed, it could be reflected in the ad, or if someone renews the listing it could read differently. 

Well our calls are to people who have some type of ad or sign in the yard.

We finally found this really adorable 2 bedroom that was owned by a woman who didn't really care to make money off of it, she just wanted good tenants, and we fit the bill.
