Anyone has experience doing mid-term rental in this SA for travel nurses?

Hi everyone,I currently have a house in Orlando (technically it's my mother's house).

And in coming to this point as a natural earthy mama and many years of midwives, home births, La Leche League meetings/many years of nursing my kiddos on cue.....  

Mechanic, Electrician, Nurse, CNC Operator, these people are $$$$-Fountains! 

As far as a second/vacation home and STR would you consider MTR to travel nurses/business people?  

I would never come close to gambling my mother´s future on anything even close to this level of risk.

I was wondering did your mother work ?

Protection from Nursing Home Costs: They also mentioned concerns about Uncle Sam taking my assets to cover nursing home costs.

I furnished it and started renting to travel nurses on 3 month leases.

3 years ago when I first started my REi journey I thought I could do everything myself I’m big on DIY… (I did just that, I launched my first rental just like most of yall *BP,Youtube,books, I literally didn’t know what a mastermind even was , few months into my journey I started to feel stuck and couldn’t get the answers I needed. ran into a few of Jesse’s YouTube interviews and I was hooked on MTR (Travel nurses was topic during this time) I tried doing it myself and failed countless times and I wasn’t sure If I was even heading towards the right direction.
