Obviously you have done the underwriting, vetting, analyzing of well... everything (i.e. economic outlook, demographics, local contractors costs, local taxes, etc.) and established value, made an offer, accepted and closed.

One is a blueprint of what zoning looks like today usually color coded on the map with zoning uses and the other is an outlook 15 to 25 years in the future.In this way you can look at current zoning and what is around it and future zoning.

The crime rates in some areas are still high but as job outlooks increase and diversify I believe within the next few years we'll see quite a change and upward tic in profitability.
