You can find B class multifamily in Toledo within that price range Agreed, had a few come across my desk.One for $40,000 and another for $60,000.2 houses on 1 lot and another was a traditional duplex (2bed, 1 bath in each) with a double detached garage.Area is B- to C and they need a tonne of work so not really in the mood lolI have too many stressful deals under my belt so now I look for stuff that needs less work, although at a premium price heheBut yes, Toledo offers such numbers quite easily if you what rock to look under lolThanks
