Hello BiggerPocketsFamily!!! I am new to this world and would just like some great advice for wholesaling, flipping, or anything else that I may need to know!! I look forward to hearing from you!!

Right now I am a "Corporate Slave" and want to break FREEE!! Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated!!

A few personal thoughts from someone who has made many mistakes but had some financial Success in this wonderful business.

A. Focus on Sales and Marketing more than Strategies & Motivation Speeches.

B. Join a Meetup Group or Local Real Estate Club.

C. Use the free stuff on BiggerPocket, Youtube etc. (this is a great forum)

D. Stay away from overpriced "get rich Quick" TV Guru's and Seminars.

E. Send me an email and I will send you any of my programs for free (sorry just Quintessa)
