Technology and innovation bypass intermediaries over time; it's just what happens.  

Good morning, I am an agent (with a strong design and advertising background) in the Philadelphia area and am looking to start a small group of investors, architects, designers and agents who in their profession focus on innovation and creative solutions within the real estate industry. 

When I was last looking for financing (in Nov) I wanted to make sure that I couldnt find a better bank now that I have more experience.  

I quit my job in Nov 2016.

I would actually try to renew her lease for a term so it ended at a high demand time for tenants for your market (and not so she could give 30 day notice in Nov/December).

There are three methods for aluminum repair approved by CPSC1 - Change all the wires (Most expensive )2 - copper pig tailing with COPALUM (Less expensive but require the electrician to be certified in using COPALUM)3 - Alumicon connectors (very economical. this is a product by "The king innovations" These are special connectors and available at home depot around 65$ per pack pf 25. ) I actually asked my electrician to use that but he found out that the box does not have enough room to install this product and he warned if we do that the aluminum wire may bend and break and would cause fire)Fortunately we found that most of the wet outlets were copper.

It seems like there would be a good opportunity for an innovative person to start a loss mitigation company that provides services to us small investors.

I have a lot of what I believe to be innovative marketing strategies I am already executing them, however I still have a few questions.
