There are 2 bathrooms in the space and it does not look like either bathroom would be ADA compliant by current standards.Would I be required to make one of the bathrooms ADA compliant before leasing to the new office tenant?

They are looking from the inside out at exposure to trees, ADA, trip and fall, wind storm, hail, lighting, bed bugs, dog bites, eviction....so the cost to eliminate the exposure for the product you are selling is maybe small to you, but to them there are a dozen similar concerns.
