If you just take the time to research your area with properties that are most similar to yours (plus or minus) you will get the best idea of what your occupancy is and your best nightly rate.How would you estimate occupancy by looking at Airbnb.. it seems like to do so you would be putting your finger in the air.

Nice to finally find one that I think may be able to go somewhere (fingers crossed). been bored waiting for my oil etf's to go up :) @Daniel Dioguardi  you are correct, these are fully separately metered & paid by tenants. nice thing is that they have central air, pretty common for me to find window units in these older ones.

@David Ounanian that map was/is a great help for people who don't have rooted toes of fingers in the area.

Fortunately the roof is in good condition and I have never had a claim through many storms (fingers crossed).
