I recently received notification from Citizens that they would not be renewing my policy on a townhome I own. According to their letter the roof "has less than 3 years of remaining useful life, and no documentation supporting roof replacement or showing 3 or more years of remaining useful life has been received." Has anyone received something similar recently? I've read that this has been happening rather frequently this year. Fortunately the roof is in good condition and I have never had a claim through many storms (fingers crossed). If you've received, what have you done?
