Not much in my opinion as compared to say taking a real estate course for agents for about $300.00 and you'll have some time to pick the brain and ask questions from someone that the state has determined to be qualified to teach real estate!

Those are all different market centers for agents.

Sometimes fresh fruit from the garden or a nice bag of coffee or tea.

So I would say it gets easier as relationships bear fruit over the years and the systems created improve the process for all involved. 

E&O insurance for agents doesn't cover SS negotiating.

I will look for agents in the Atlanta area on BP

Sometimes agents post them in the documents section of the MLS listing for agents to see beforehand, but not usually. 

California used to be "The Land of Fruit and Nuts", but now it is "The Land of Lenin and Stalin, aka Feinstein and Boxer" Sorry if this belongs in the political section, but CA has nearly 10% state income tax, nearly 10% Sales Tax and the average auto cost $1,000 a year for registration.

I would treat it like you do the investment side on the marketing, but I don't know the #s on the response rate for agents, but we get some listings here and there just from working the investment marketing, as if they don't take our offer, we can offer a plan B to list their house.  

Paying Your Real Estate Agent a Bonus: Offering $1,000 for agents to bring you deals that they can then represent you on can be a great way to be a priority to agents.
