Not much in my opinion as compared to say taking a real estate course for agents for about $300.00 and you'll have some time to pick the brain and ask questions from someone that the state has determined to be qualified to teach real estate!

Sometimes agents post them in the documents section of the MLS listing for agents to see beforehand, but not usually.

I would treat it like you do the investment side on the marketing, but I don't know the #s on the response rate for agents, but we get some listings here and there just from working the investment marketing, as if they don't take our offer, we can offer a plan B to list their house.
