Again, you may run into transfer limits with some of those other apps which aren't necessarily designed for the purpose of rent collection but the right landlord software can make this seamless for you.

My property management software pushes my listings out to 60+ web sites.You can do the same by using TenantCloud or other software available to Landlords, usually for free.

@Olyvia Troop I use a software that allows me to build various lists (vacant properties, high equity properties, preforeclosures, properties owned for a certain number of years by people of a certain age with a certain amount of equity, etc).
